Study aim: "The objectives of the present study were to evaluate a method for conducting in situ bioaccumulation exposures in a river, and then to compare results with ex situ exposures performed in parallel in the laboratory. Bioaccumulation of PCBs in L. variegatus using the two exposure methods were compared based on tissue concentrations (micrograms per gram wet weight), BSAFs, and BAFs."
