Study aim: "The objective of this study was to determine if 2,3,7,8-TCDD would accumulate in carp (Cyprinus carpio), exposed in the laboratory to Wisconsin River sediment, to levels compatible with those observed in fish collected from the river. A second objective was to determine the rate of depuration of TCDD from fish when the TCDD source had been removed."
